Need help sorting my speaker configuration in 2025 outerbanks with 12 speaker B&O system

My as build codes are the following and from any spread sheets I have seen posted my settings don't make sense.
727-01-01 30FF FCF5 1060
727-01-02 0900 0004 003E

If anyone could help me figure out what the settings currently are it would be greatly appreciated. I'm upgrading speakers and my rear pod speakers hardly have any sound coming through them.

I don’t know the codes but I do know B&O. You rear pods are not amped up at all. When I upgrade by B&O system, I changed the rear pods speakers/enclosures from the 4” to 6.5” and I put an amp under the drivers seat with a plug-and-play harness to the back of the head unit which powered them up and made a the difference.

If you search this forum, you will find a ton of great information on an overhaul of the B&O system.

Hey Thanks for the reply, From what I understand the 2025+ system is different. Everything I have found is for years prior unless I'm missing something.

The rear pods are not supposed to be noticable they are for rear fill. You will notice a difference with Audison AP4.

Most critical is a 1000W high level capable mono amp and good $600+ sub enclosure / sub package like the Audison, Hertz etc with remote. This brings the entire system to next level.

Rear pods ara a waste of money IMO.
