Hi all, hoping someone will have some ideas on how to help me resolve this. I have a 2021 2dr Outer Banks with just under 56k miles. For the most part I’ve had zero issues with it. About a month ago I needed new tires and new brake pads and rotors in order to pass inspection. I had no rattle before that work needed to be done. I had the tires done at one place and the brakes done at another (my tires had a warranty at a tire only place).

Shortly after I started hearing a very loud rattle noise with every bump in the road, usually after getting up to 20mph or so. I brought it back to both places - the tire shop took all the wheels off and checked everything and couldn’t find anything and the shop that did the brakes put it up on the lift and couldn’t find anything.

I’ve attached a video and I hope the rattling noise comes through. Let me know if you have any ideas. Note, I still have the hard top on and there is no difference in rattling with the roof panels off or with the back window up while driving.

Sounds like something is loose and is vibrating. I'd start by tapping on anything close to where they were working, both body and frame. Sometimes it helps to have a passenger listen from different positions to see if they can tell if it's coming from front, rear and which side.
