I just ordered the Rough Country high winch mount. The bottom bar of the brush guard is removable. Should look like this when done or close.

Fixed a narly ding the plastic hood scoop put in my view.

Note: If you get/own one of these, be careful. Even after stripping the hood clear of all surface protectants/dirt, installing the part, letting it sit overnight with weights/clamps it only took a week to fly off. Bounced off windshield (sideways) and dinged the hood.

Well, had the parts setting for a bit. I finally got to it! Installed the tailgate reinforcement from HR that matches the roof rack. It WILL take an extra hands to hold and line everything up. Tried solo....no go.

Next is the rotopax water can bracket and should be ready for another trip to the DBBB next week!!

Used some foam packing cut to fit to buffer between paint and bracket. Did NOT like the idea of surface contact like that.

Insuring alignment....had a bit of a bow to it.

Finished before dark! Hope this will assist if I do decide to go 37s later on.

Final touch.....hehehe

My Motley Bronco tool kit covered it all. Im liking this thing!

Installed a aluminum PPE transmission pan on the 10r80. It also fits the 10r60. Looks nice and has a drain plug too. Highly recommend.

Okay......I know what your thinking......who is this guy and why is he doing all this during the week. Well, I get summer's off! Ya, the benefits of dealing with everyone else's feral children for 10 months. Lol. So this is why Im sharing my summer therapy sessions.
Just received Amazonian gear and installed. Did some Etsy stalking as well. This is where I am today! Did all the mechanical and now, esthetics.

Had to modify due to misalignment from manufacturer. Drilled out the slot to lin up. Improvise adapt overcome.

Then some final touches for the day.
Goes well with the 24 Badlands trim.

Oh ya....and created a bracket to mount a set of trac boards on the roof rack.

I have the Turn Offroad tailgate reinforcement and Rotopax carrier sitting in the garage right now. I'm just waiting on the Turn Offroad chase light to come in before I start the install. It was purchased at the same time but had a 7 - 10 day shipping notice.

Turbosmart recirc BOV. Im not trying to get the zounds, just replacing OEM plastique with “bulletproof” metal construction for longevity….or something like that.

While I was under the Bronco, I removed the oil pan for the sawzall... needed to hack the corner off to make room the the HP Super60 IFS...not fun but after refreshing my TIG skills, I got it finished....Not as pretty as the perfect welds Canton does, but it DONT LEAK! So im pleased... also moved the drain plug to a better location. Got the pan reinstalled and built a new crossmember as well.

Just thought about it, the whole time multiple cops, EMTs and Fire are processing the scene I'm standing there with an open carry pistol on my hip and not a word was said about it. Then the cop gave my wife and I a ride to the car rental place in her cruiser.

Man I LOVE Arizona.
