Ok so this is round 2 of engine emblems I am working on. I wanted to have a mix of old school feel and new school feel. I will be shooting for retail price of about $50.00 for a pair. They will be a 3 dimensional emblem just like the old 302 emblem. But they will only be about 4” long. Let me know what you think.

I think they look good, although I don't get any new school feel from them. Pardon me, though, I don't recollect exactly what the old school ones look like, so I could just be a moron in that regard.

Basically the new school is using the 2.3L and the 2.7L instead of the old school cubic inch numbers. This is the old school one.

Ohhh. got it. I guess a 140 cubic inch emblem just wouldn't have that snappy feel... lol

Yes I tried the 140 and 165. And it not only didn’t have the pop I was looking for. But it looked out of balance. And looked like it said 1 40 or 1 65

Those look nice. I would buy a set for sure. May or may not install on the Bronco.

Old school cool.
I’d buy a set if you added TURBO or Twin Turbo to the design, otherwise no.
There’s a world of HP and torque difference between a NA 2.7 and a 2.7 Turbo. More snap, crackle and pop.

How about something like this combined with turbo and 2.7 L?

The turbo either needs a tornado emblem or look like it's blowing. 🌪

I already have a V6 emblem on my bronco. But want something more vintage looking. I could do them with a “T” instead of the “L” but basically I don’t really care wether someone knows if my bronco is turbo or twin turbo. 🤣

But obviously you do care if someone knows if your Bronco is a V6 or straight 4. ✔

Like the 2.7T idea.
Or 2.7TT 😉

I actually don’t care if they know which engine it is. I am just vain and want my bronco to look vintage with the rest of the theme of my build. 😎

Probably won’t have blacked out options at first we’ll see how much response I get with people interested in buying them
