The issue really isn't all that uncommon in 4x4's in general. There used to be a time when you would "service" the drive shaft....aka....fill it back up with grease from a grease gun via the manufacturer installed zerk fitting on the drive shaft itself. So for the dealership to be "clueless", in my opinion, is an indication of either (a) not wanting to admit the issue and acknowledge that there are no grease zerks to fix it or don't want to do the procedure like in the video, or (b) truly don't have a clue about trucks.
