Only thing that might throw off the calculation would be supports if necessary (not sure if factored into your count or not).

I managed to lay out the parts that the only thing that needed any extra support during printing was the lower pocket. All the rest were able to be printed in place without any help
To be honest I just slapped it into Bambu Studio and sliced all plates. Normally I would mess around and flip objects if it's beneficial. So the 450g it returned seemed like a pretty good baseline.

In the past I looked into adding color to the name & logo, but that returned quite a bit of waste.

Created the steering rack bushings for the Hoss 2.0 rack. I am going to be working on these to see if I can design them in a way to be able to slide these in without having to take the tie rod ends off.

Probably one of these types of filament - nylon, polycarbonate, nylon blend or polycarbonate blend. I'll have to see what works best.

Ok. I installed these door pockets but after printing and starting the installing them. I found out that I needed the net style pockets so I could cut the netting out and keep the outer portion of the plastic. Does anyone know if there is a 3d print file of that outer boundary portion?

Are you talking the front door pockets that I designed? I designed them so nothing needs cut. You should just take the 6 screws out keep the outer frame remove the net section (no cutting so it can be put back if desired) put the door pockets in and use the outer frame and 6 bolts to reattach it.
