Has anyone run across any 3D printable accessories? I was thinking about printing a few different things but wanted to get a jump start with some of the specs and measurements of the various components.

I'm thinking cup holder extension off some of the grips on the passenger side.

Or replace some of the netting with a lockable compartment.

... Or a hard top : )

It would be great if Ford shared some of the schematics or models as a starting point. Will share mine once designed/printed

I tried the cupholder off the rear grab handles. Sitting in the sun all day it gets soft (PETG) and would drop anything heavy. PETG should be fine in other locations but right behind the window is too much IMO.

I wish I was experienced in this. The Jeep has some door pockets that replace the netting, but the tabs usually break and if you hit it with your foot, they pop out.

I think if we were to remove the bronco bolts in the rear door nets, and bolt on a set of pockets/cup holder here, it would be substantially better overall with the stability and mount ability of rear cup holders for cloth and MGV vinyl interiors.

Just an idea!

If you can think of stuff you want I design and print stuff all the time. Not sure if it'd worth the hastle since people steal designs and profit from them.

Bumping the thread to see if anyone else has found some cool 3d printable things for the Bronco.

Looks like the storage hooks are up on Thingiverse. I'm going to print those later today.

I also 3D printed some hose guides for when I'm washing the truck:

They just kick under the tires so the hose doesn't get caught up on the tires.

Another few months, let's see if anybody else has been busy. So far I've made a couple parts:

1) Rear dashcam wouldn't stick to the factory plastic, quick attempt at giving a better adhesion surface

2) I hated the nerve-wracking experience of the socket wrench smacking the glass when removing the hardtop bolts, so I made a flexible TPU impact absorber for the wrench

3) Still a work in progress, my wife wanted a bigger, deeper console bin for her sunglasses

4) I didn't like the hole in the hitchplate when you install the 4-pin harness, so a basic filler plate for that.

Thingiverse is having issues (WHAT A SURPRISE), I'll link some stls when I can.
