I searched and couldn't find anything here or on google...

Looking for PETG (or PLA if it's all that is out there) filament that is close enough to pass for Code Orange.

I certainly would avoid using PLA on anything automotive-related - the HDT is just too low.

I've gotten great performance from Tinmorry ASA and I know they have Orange, but it might be "too orange". Likewise for Bambu ABS-GF, but ABS is poor for UV resistance if you're using this on the outside.
