MIL (Malfunction Indicator Lamp) light on 3 days after oil change

Changed oil (5w-30/6Q) and filter (new O-rings) 3 days ago and now the MIL light has come on. Triple checked my work. Drain plug tight and not leaking, removed and inspected oil filter/housing/O-rings and oil cap. Anyone have this happen? Dipstick is showing exactly between the 2 dots.

Check the oil fill cap, on straight and tight. Had this issue on a different car which showed as an EGR error code.

Go to menu and hold the OK button to reset back to 100%
I change every 5K so its roughly 50% when I reset. If it gets to a point, it may trigger MIL.

It was the oil filter housing........I didnt have it tight enough

It was not leaking at all. I removed it to check the O-rings and used a torque wrench this time to tighten it and after a couple miles the light went off. Maybe a small vacuum leak........idk lol
