My 2025 Bronco Raptor first developed a roof leak around 3,000 miles. After multiple visits and video evidence, Ford eventually replaced the front header seal and kept the vehicle for approximately six weeks.

This short clip shows what happened the first day after I got it back.

Water is still entering through the roof/header area and making its way into the cabin.

🎥 Short video:

Has anyone experienced a leak that continued after a header seal replacement? If so, what was the actual fix?

Thanks for any feedback

That's frustrating, especially after the truck spent six weeks at the dealer. If it's still leaking immediately after a header seal replacement, I'd be wondering whether the issue is actually panel alignment, roof fitment, or another seal higher up that's allowing water to migrate to the header area. I'd push for a Ford field engineer to get involved at this point since the first repair clearly didn't resolve the root cause. Keep us updated on what they find—I'm sure other Raptor owners will want to know the final fix.

Thanks, I appreciate the feedback. I agree—that’s why I’m hoping the Ford roof specialist takes a broader look at the entire roof system instead of just the header seal this time. The seal replacement clearly wasn’t the root cause since it started leaking again immediately after I got it back from a six-week stay at the dealership.

I’ll definitely keep everyone updated. If they find the actual cause and a permanent fix, I’ll post the details here since it could help other Bronco owners dealing with the same issue.
