Good Feedback. I will let their Marketing guy know when I see him next. I get out on the trails with him from time to time
Perhaps it's a 2025 change? Who knows? But if you look in my photos above the inner key on left doesn't line up. I should have followed their directions and just cut that one off and had them pointing down as the instructions state.

Overall, I am not terribly impressed by the precision of the fabrication. I expected a better fit for the price I paid.

None of my sensor bezels lined up at all in any position or orientation for the install, and my sensors would not fit into the DV8 replacement bezels so I had to bore the opening on each one slightly. Before the bore (and after) they do not fit snuggly into the openings like the OEM bezels and can rotate in the bumper housing.

The DV8 horn gussets are not confidence inspiring. I have multiple fitment conflicts (all OEM vs DV8 issues) that I fear will "self-correct" upon impacting the bumper or winching. I may pull the bumper and make some clearance cuts to the gusset, or just buy a different gusset altogether.

The bumper looks great though. I have the CVF intercooler and chose not to mount a lightbar in the grill.
