I’d like to hear more about rattles and noises it makes. I hate noises!! Are they manageable? Preventable?

No noises. Depending on possible contact points of the molle and plastic quarter panel trim, just add the foam/rubber bump stop to the backside of the molle.

The kit comes with 3M rubber strips that are intended to be placed behind the main slides to remove the rattle from rail clearances when closed. They work well.

I have some questions for others with the Traildeck. I've noticed that:
1. Only the right rail locks when in the closed position. Is this normal? Or I have a faulty/partial lock. Both lock when opened.
2. I can pull the handle and unlatch the main slides without depressing the levers. Is this normal? Or I have a faulty/partial lock?

I did have to add the rubber bumpers to prevent that deck from bouncing around.

Update to this. I turned out I simply over torqued the bolts and they were causing just enough twist in the rail that the left side was not locking. I removed, added loctite to bolts and snuggly torqued without going ***shit. Locks great now.

Any twist or misalignment will cause the rail to hit its mounting bolt heads. If you look closely (at least on mine) they used a rounded head bolt that just barely and I mean barely clears the slide rail. Mine was contacting and hanging one side. Replaced mine with flat head bolts and this isn't a problem now. Mentioned to Broaddict and got no response.
