Thats a bummer. Im not sure how you first reservation holders held it together for so long.
Im waiting on a leftover 25 on a lot. I check everyday for updates. I guess I need to let it go for awhile. Its only been a couple weeks and Im already feeling old man crabby.

Fall ... maybe early Winter, depending on (1) year of if vehicle and (2) if Ford really expects to examine anywhere near 500K+ vehicles.

The BMC factor (bitch, moan, complain) factor is high ... but it's probably a toss-up who is more annoyed at this point ... owners? Dealers?

You can say "Why can't Ford do better QA/QC? But, you also to give them credit as I'm not sure how many other corporations are willing to do the Tylenol thing and recall every product (vehicle) to do a verification look-see.

Inspect your own vehicle, and take any preliminary action, based on the TSB and chill with a 🥃.
That’s the kicker…if it was already in my garage, then I’d be much less concerned about the timeline…but until then, mine is sitting at the dealer until the recall fix comes out.

I feel your pain. Unfortunately, based on how the wiring harnesses in my '25 Bronco look, it's probably much ado about nothing. IOW, it's sad they won't release your vehicle, as the chances of it having a serious issue are probably miniscule.

Good luck with a quick response. Perhaps inventory on dealers lots will be the next priority after Raptors.

Fingers crossed…thank you sir!

More venting…lol…but I’m so pissed off now and frustrated with FORD.

Well Karl Flammer Ford here in the Tampa area (Tarpon Springs) is horrible…. real jerks and they will not do the recall. The service guy there is so confused with absolutely wrong info. They’ve lost me for future service and vehicle sales.

I called another Ford dealer north of me and they keep claiming they are not making appointments yet as they do not know how to do the fix…morons… I kept explaining the Bronco Raptor …mine is a 2026 has the fix and I have the Fprd letter saying so. Doesn’t matter they don’t listen nor care what Ford says

I’ll call another dealer down in Tampa on Monday… Ford the manufacturer really need to do better training and communication with dealers on this…what a f’n mess for something so simple.

I have been asking the dealer and then was told to call Ford. Niether was able to answer my question. "Will this vehicle only catch fire while running or can it catch fire (not running) parked, such as in the garage of my house?" I am not letting Ford's incompetence burn my house down, so I have been parking it outside and away from my house, because I cannot get an answer to this simple question.

Ha. I think you’re okay. Unless of course it catches fire when you’re only 500 yards from your garage and you don’t notice it’s burning when you run inside to pee.

Isn't it 15 semi-documented problems, not necessarily fires...out of 250,000 vehicles?

My numbers are off, just read it as
Ludicrously low odds.
