You should have 2 holes in that storage tray thing. One small and a larger hole that has the diaphragm in it. Pop out the diaphragm and use that larger hole so you don’t need to remove your taillight plug.Question... I see three wires in the 4WP license-plate light extension. I needed to cut the wires so I can thread them through that small hole (as opposed to enlarging the hole or just cutting off the connector.
).
I am going to use an ohm-meter to make sure I put them together correctly (BUT)
Does anyone know why the license plate light would need three wires instead of two. Especially when the wires are all the same color.
