Has anyone created a model for a spacer for the kick speakers yet? I am going to need probably 1/2" or so and if the model hasn't been created I will make one and share it.

I had some made for S550 Mustang with CAD file a user at mustang6g nkindly sent me. Also worked perfectly in Bronco incl hole alignment when swapped Hertz MP over to Bronco.

Can do a search there and track it down easily.

I used the ones in the attached file but I had to scale them down to 14mm because they were too tall as designed.

(Ignore the dirty truck just got back from the dunes) I've been working on V2 after I finally broke one... much sturdier design, these are just PLA for now, as its a test print.

Rather than the 3 screws they dovetail slide together and one screw from the back pins it in place from sliding apart, added a hole for a pen since there was space there anyway why not. The bottom pocket mostly unchanged.

Also ordered a 3d scanner finally so will likely scan the door to see how much better i can get. any other change requests let me know while I'm motivated to change things...

I warn people about this but people love PETG, thanks now I have proof sorry that happened!

Interesting. I 3d printed a 40 ounce bottle adapter to the small cup holders in my old car and that has survived Missouri's summer heat for years without warping but the difference could be because it is cylindrical and not a thin vertical piece of PETG.

Could you scan the outer trim piece for printing for those that didn't have the net door pockets? I got the original version printed and installed but because I didn't have the net pocket, the factory holes underneath are now not covered.

For sure I’ll try that when I get it in. I’m pretty pumped for it but have never used one

Cool. My friend that has a 3D printer has been thinking about getting a scanner also but he bought a side by side a few months ago so the scanner purchase might have gotten put on the back burner for a bit, now. Hahahaha
