Awesome!
I managed to pick up a similar one on clearance probably a year ago, it still sits in the garage. Meanwhile I go back and forth on how I might deal with the rollbar/tailgate area. With hopes I figure out a windjammer/halfcab situation.
upgrading to the heritage wheels tires I couldn't fit my trailers coupler w/latch under the tire anymore, so I switched out to a no latch version.

Nice! I've been wanting to do something similar to the groove on the HE hub caps... I know I don't have a steady enough hand to paint it, but I've toyed with setting them on a turntable and trying to lay a pinstripe 😁 If they weren't plastic I would have already tried this approach, though I...
Well, I have my Bronco back at least 🤦♂️
Apparently Ford moved on the "Good Wil" some, from 60/40 to 70/30 (5390/2310)... If I had been out of warranty that would be great, but I'll be damned if I come out of pocket for another MIC top :rolleyes:now a MOD top I might lol.
Going to circle...
Now with the manual I don't know, but I think you're right, i feel like BL had it but not BD? Though if I wanted a manual, and mid wasn't available, I would have never got a BD, would have just went BaseQuatch (2022)
The latest response from the service manager.
The repair was not completed under the MFG warranty coverage period by time or mileage whichever comes first. Ford Motor Company requires dealerships to get authorization for repair’s that need performed out side of that set period of time or...
Any cracks are a concern. Word of warning though if that's right above the positioning pins they have been known to question if you set it down too hard on them at some point and caused the cracks doing that.
Good Luck!
I really have a sneaking suspicion that the service advisor did something wrong, either didn't submit the right milage, typo'd it, accidently reset some clock on the claim... I don't know, but he's just been so low effort on this since I brought it in for the replacement that I've...
the Service Manager just responded to my e-mail saying "Ford did not decline the repairs they approved goodwill out of warranty repairs with a copay" which it wasn't out of warranty, so I'll be going up there tomorrow to see what went wrong.

So, backstory: I waited until the last min to get my Bronco in to the Dealer to see about getting the top replaced under warranty @ 33months, ~35,990 miles, April 18th. The Service Manager says no problem, seen this a lot, writes it up along with a few other things, says they’ll call me when the...
After having it over a month the dealer finally found out Fords decision on my top, they denied it. I'm still waiting on the official reason, but previously the service tech said they were questioning why the milage was just under 36,000 and why it took so long to get it in to get the repair...
