As far as I'm aware, the surround processing occurs in the B&O DSP module. I receive the same message if trying to enable surround processing when the DSP module has been removed/replaced.
I suppose it's possible that the head unit adjusts channel levels in preparation for surround processing...
If the oil to the remote is draining itself, that's probably something to take a looksee at as well.
OP, the lag to pressure reading appears around 2 seconds on cold start for this particular vehicle.
It's an interesting observation. Doesn't look like traditional bypass to me for our engine. If you are hearing unusual noise I'd investigate further, though. Looking through the the workshop manual for something to monitor, the oil pump system includes a proportional solenoid valve that is able...
Zoomed in a bit. Notice the cold oil pressure offset, this may be equivalent to the barometric pressure with engine off (e.g. absolute pressure).
Guessing that the dips you are seeing are similar to the dip shown above at timestamp ~9500ms. Not correlated to the engine RPM in an obvious...
Logged some start-up data for you:
Cold start. 2.7L. FL2087 filter. 5W30 Pennzoil UP. Ambient temperature ~=27F. Pressure drops into the 30's as the oil to continues to warm up. This is during idle ECM managed RPM.
Most ceramic coatings, including those available retail, have a chemistry that includes some type of polysiloxane. This is likely the SIO2 they've mentioned.
We did a DIY paint correction and ceramic coating on our Bronco. Took multiple days.
A couple of days for the iron removal, clay bar...
FWIW, not the high-mount IC here. Though, the Mishimoto OE location intercooler in their IC + charge pipe kit works fine with the Injen CAI. Some very minor deviations from the Mishimoto supplied standoffs is all.
No codes have been observed with the updated Injen driver's side intake pipe...

Mishimoto y-pipe:
There is some space between the charge pipe and the intake pipe, may be able to gain another quarter of an inch space with some jiggering.
OE y-pipe:
That right angle corner near the battery is pretty jammed in there. The air intake supply tubing, directly below the charge pipe, jammed in as well. Interference looks probable. Maybe the Warn housing can be bent upwards towards the hood a bit or the housing trimmed?
I'll measure the tube...
I do have an MX+ ODB dongle but haven't captured any data to this point. Change driven as part of a larger set of performance improvement upgrades over time.
Had the parts but waited to install a Mishimoto intercooler, charge pipes, and an Injen CAI due to reports that the Injen was responsible for throwing codes on the '23 2.7L. Injen eventually developed a solution for the CEL issue, so did everything all at once.
Including the coffee breaks and...
Unlike some fasteners, the service manual for the rear diff cover does not make note of bolt disposal. I say clean and reuse them. New bolts are relatively inexpensive though.
The factory specification with the Ford reusable gasket is as you've noted. 177 in.lb. (20Nm) + 25 degrees for both the...
