I will be the first to admit it. My 24 WT is a mall crawler. Its just too damn pretty to get dirty. I wash it once a week whether it needs it or not...LOL. The underside literally looks like it came off the line yesterday. I'm not ashamed to say that I'm very hesitant to take it off...
Just got back from a 200 mile road trip in my brand new 24 WT. I had a 23 badlands sas before this and never considered it a good highway/road trip rig. And it really wasnt. It was wiggly and squishy at higher speeds and didnt inspire confidence.
Well the WT with the Hoss 3.0 shocks and...
Just wondering how far any of you have pushed the limit of what Ford says you should tow? I think for my 24 WT its like 3500lbs. The reason I ask is that I MAY have to tow my mustang home from the drag strip at some point if I break it. WIth trailer its going to be 5k or maybe a bit more...
So excited. Sold my badlands over a year ago and regretted it.
This beauty was in the showroom with over $10k off sticker. Brand new 24 WT. Man it’s awesome. And the HOSS 3.0 is so much more composed on the road vs my 23 BDsas was. Noticeable really.
The catch is I cant keep my hellcat that I love. But I have the opportunity to get a brand new 24 brapter with a $97k sticker for $67k selling price. GM is a close friend, and is willing to make a nuts deal to get it gone so they can make room.
But personally I wont be able to keep my hellcat...
For the record, I dont know who bought my bronco as it was traded in. I have it all verified on the site and ready to reserve an owners experience. Is there a way I can let someone else go for me? I really dont want to go across country for an experience that Im no longer a part of.
Any ideas?
So strange thing I've noticed since I enabled sport mode on my badlands sasquatch with forscan. Almost every time I go wide open throttle in sport mode, the TC will come on hard and kill power on the 1-2 shift or sometimes just in first gear when I launch.
Mind you I am NOT at all losing...
Obviously it depends on what terrain you are wheeling in, but I found one mode in particular that I really like. Sand mode.
For some reason Sand mode seems to check all the boxes in terms of throttle response, trans shift schedules and 4wd management. I was out this last weekend in a mixture...
Man what a pain though. Getting all the bolts out with every single one being locktite’d. I had to break every one loose with a ratchet and a T45 torx and then I could buzz them off with my impact driver.
Used Raptor1k wheel paint from auto zone. Also the blend 3m scuff pad. That made quick...
This is very frustrating. Couldnt figure it out in my mustang and the bronco seems to be no different. All I want is to be able to go up and down the sirius channels with the steering wheel buttons, not flip through presets. I like to channel surf sirius and I could do this in my GM car and...
Well.
I dont think I've bought a new car that didnt need an alignment right off the showroom floor. And my new 23 BDL SAS is no different. In all fairness the alignment is straight. Its the steering wheel thats off. Its kicked to the right a few degrees. So when you are going dead nuts...
So hello, new guy here. Former coyote amateur tuner with HP Tuners. Just sold it to switch to the Bronco. Landed a brand new 23 Badlands SAS with the 2.7L.
I hear its a bit sensitive to octane. And from my time tuning coyote 5.0's, and using 93, e20, e30 and also octane boosters, I can...
