  1. It has arrived (at last)

Sir, we all had boxes of parts waiting in our garages….
  2. Moab ‘26 trip

My Big Bend has the Hoss 1.0, rear locker, and 4,27 gears. Drove a SAS at the Off-Rodeo, and that thing handled everything. 2 inch lift, and finishing installing the remaining skids would make things a bit nicer off pavement.
  3. 2027 Bronco Filson: Specs, Price, Features, Everything You Need to Know

Ford released their mid year price increases, and now the Base model “starts” at $41K. Ford just released their mid year price increases, and the Base model now starts at $41K.
  4. 2027 Bronco Filson: Specs, Price, Features, Everything You Need to Know

I see the reason why this is a thing. People that can afford this will not bat one lash at its price. I, personally, don’t need all of that fluff. I’m happy with what I have, and love my Bronco. It does everything I tell it to do, and never complains. Pricing is steadily increasing with all...
  5. Moab ‘26 trip

Family and I were also in Moab during the holiday weekend. We did Hells Revenge and Fins and Things in a pair of UTV’s, as my rig is the standard height. Lift is coming. We all must have just been drive past each other all weekend long!
  6. What did you drive before your Bronco?

2007 F150 STX 4.6 4X4. Put 176K+ on the factory engine and trans. A tad on the slow side, but I could always count on it.
  7. 2.3L Automatic Clunky Shifting

Same here. 2.3L, 10R60. It really acts up below operating temp. Once it’s all the way warmed up, it’s better. 1st, and 2nd gears are a tad less than smooth (wondering shift); seems like it’s not sure exactly when its supposed to shift. Not heavy on throttle, just normal driving.
  8. Mishimoto Intercooler Install 2.7L 2-Door Outer Banks

I installed this on my 2.3l. Super easy. Also installed mistumoto’s intercooler tubes and cold air all in one shot. Seemed to work out easier than installing each bit one by one.
  9. 🚨 Recall: Engine valve issue for some 2021-2022 2.7L Broncos and other models

Again, based on my experience, and, from what we’ve seen at our dealer on a daily basis, we have not seen any major issues with the 2.3L. One more time, just my two cents, and my personal choice with powertrains.
  10. 🚨 Recall: Engine valve issue for some 2021-2022 2.7L Broncos and other models

I am so glad that I had my Bronco built with the 2.3l. After doing my homework, and noticing trends within our shop (employed by my local Ford dealer), we, as a dealer, haven’t seen any mentionable major issues with the 2.3l. No phasers, no major recalls, etc…. Plus, I’m not a big fan of the...
  11. Lumen Trailer Wiring Question

I installed that same kit over the weekend, and had to stop right at that point. I work for a local Ford dealer, and I know we’ve installed a few of these in the past. I was told, on the 2023, that you can either pull the blue and brown pins out of the connector, and tape them up, and install...
  12. Price Increase Effective July 1, 2024.

    Just a heads up, guys.
  13. Info on Broncos

It is based on a Escape, not an Edge.
  14. FordPass Issue Update Via Oasis

This is the latest on the remote start issues through Ford Pass, according to Oasis. Found this tid bit yesterday afternoon.
  15. Rattle engine/exhaust rattle

I’ve got the same issue. Delivered on Jan 24. Build date is Dec 6. 2.3 auto.
  16. 11/28/2022 Build Week

    Confirmed, it has arrived!!!! Ahhhhh!!!!!
  17. 11/28/2022 Build Week

I ordered a Ford Bronco, and all I got was this hat. Mine has been sitting just 10 minutes away that the rail yard since the 15th. Torture.
  18. 11/28/2022 Build Week

Castle Rock Ford? Mine is at the same rail yard, waiting for that last part of the journey.
