Im thinking about going with the Method 703s in 17x9 wheel size at a -12mm offset which will give me the 4.50 backspace which is more than enough to clear suspension components when running a 37x13.50r17 tire and possibly the ability to run 38x13.50r17s in the future. I plan to run the jks...
Hmmm Maybe it's time to get that Stage 3A with Ride Shocks lol. I bought all this camping gear and it seems like I am already exceeding my 918 lb stock payload capacity by 200 lbs and didn't even do a single mod to the vehicle.
So if you want to run ultra wide 37s like 37x13.5r17 Toyo Open Country MTs whose true width is 14.6 inches measured on an 11 inch wheel as most are measured on 11 inch wheel, well if you mount this tire on a 17x9 inch wheel you usually lose about 0.2 inches for every 0.5 inches you reduce your...
If you want a great tire that is cheap, wider than almost any 37 inch D load tire, while weighing 82.6lbs, then you have to go with the Maxxis Razr MTs in 37x13.50r17. They are very beefy and measure 14.4" wide when mounted on 11 inch wheel. I would go with these tires on a 17x9 wheel with a...
What wheel size and offset are you running and what lift kit? Also, any rubbing issues and are these true to size especially in width? You did a great job with this rig, it looks amazing, if you got more pictures from different angles, please post them.
Why is 3.5 inches of lift too much if they are correcting geometry. My understanding for most of these lifts it's the same. If they say lift is 2.5 inches they must mean for base model non sasquatch and for sasquatch it's more like 3.5 inches, or does it mean it is 3.5 inches above any trim base...
Are there any numbers on the Falcon springs and what type of weight they support for front and rear spring? Is your rig heavy, if so, how did the Falcon shocks handle the weight offroad?
I don't doubt it's good, just a little confused, maybe there is something different about a Bronco; however, I do know my vehicle will def exceed the payload capacity which is 918lbs. I myself am 6'5 300lbs there goes 1/3 of payload lol. So I'm thinking I need 550 lbs front and 900lbs rear. I...
I just went to the Dobinson website and looked at the gen 6 4Runner and they have spring options from 100lbs all the way up to 1300lbs where ass Bronco it's only up to 300lbs, not sure why that is or if they will have more options available but so far the 4Runner has way more spring options...
So what kind of weight would you have to run to get the heavier duty springs, is there a point for front weight and rear weight in lbs where you would run over the other? Maybe you can run 38s with the heavy duty one lol.
I plan on using the Icon stage 8 suspension lift, 37x13.50r17 Toyo Open Country MTs (true height 37 and true width 14.6 ), and JKS clearance kit. I just dont know what wheel offset is best for true extreme offroad clearance at full articulation, compression, and lock to lock turning. Im thinking...
Yeah the 1.5 inch spacer with stock wheels is almost like running a -8mm offset wheel, I just wonder if I should do a 0mm offset wheel or -12mm offset wheel for ultimate clearance, I plan to run the JKS clearance kit and a proper 3 inch coilover lift kit like Icon stage 8 or Accutune stage 3A.
To tell you the truth man I kike the look of a taller lift height for sure, I like a good amount of the fender to tire gap but of course I won't go there just because I like it I want to make the correct decision. My problem is I don't know how the rig will change in the future so if it goes...
Let's say you are on the edge basical
So if you don't account for drivers am I to assume you don't account for gear either, is it only permanent mods or is gear considered part of oermanent? If that is the case it may be range 1 for me not range 2. Also let's say for the sake of argument if you...
Can someone or Accutune explain exactly what kind of tuning is done by accutune for these Ride Shocks that may be specific to your Bronco? My understanding is there are two options to choose from for front and rear shocks for the weight bands.
Front shocks weight bands:
Range 1: 0-400lbs...
I am thinking about going with Icon stage 7 suspension lift kit and Icon tie rods as well. The tire I plan to run is a 37x13.50r17 Toyo Open Country MT one of the biggezt 37s at 94 lbs and true measurement of 37x14.6r17.. Right now I got the Badlands Sasquatch, If I get a 17x9 wheel with a 0mm...
