You are correct in that fitting four or five bags depends on how they are packed. For test fitting, we used towels to maximize the internal volume which could be compressed. At least one of mine always has something compressible, usually a rain jacket.

From reading all 11 pages so far, it sounds like the best outcome has resulted from this bad situation. No one was hurt, the Bronco is recoverable, and a lot of information has been shared and learned!
I bookmarked a few of those products mentioned and will be double checking my wiring when I...
Geez. I wish that were the case.
Billet parts are expensive. USA manufacturing is expensive. R&D is expensive. We had to create our own manufacturing method to bend the aluminum rods for our handles. All other handles are either cast aluminum or plastic. We could put together off-the-shelf...
This is sweet. Hopefully our shop vinyl cutter can get detailed enough for this.
I use my lights so infrequently that I forget which switch does what. This must be why the Tacoma folks run their lights on the street so often.
Nice and simple. I like it!
We are looking at a new bracket because the Raptor cross brace prevents our plate from mounting so Raptor owners have to DIY a solution for now. It will be a little more involved than this setup but I think you all will like it.
I'm going to compare your picture...
I didn't and I don't plan to but I'm not opposed to it. Having driven on and off road, I don't see an immediate need, at least for 37s. It drives well enough so the big benefit I'd be looking for is improved hwy MPG. The cost to regear vs cost of 1-2 MPG gain didn't work out for me.
I'm adding a lift for ground clearance, increasing wheel travel, and changing handling characteristics, not to fit bigger tires.
Adding an uptravel limiter or lowering the bumpstop to prevent upper fender rubbing is a component of this particular lift but something that can be installed...
You're definitely going to rub unless you limit uptravel. With -12 wheels, I also had to remove my fender liners.
I love these tires but I do wish I went with the Baja Boss A/Ts for the amount of road driving I do. The M/Ts handle fine and are quiet for a M/T but you can hear a slight hum above...
Where are you rubbing? did you lengthen bump stops? I would have thought a 3" body lift would have been fine for upper fender clearance without limiting up travel. But the body lift doesn't alter clearance with the frame and frame horns.
Right. And adding a lift just compounds that. There are material and engineering limits to the factory suspension and drivetrain components. Everything was engineered by Ford for around a 33-35" tire at the factory height. Adding weight adds stress to components. Adding lift adds stress to these...
How much lift for 37" tires is probably the most over-asked question in any Bronco forum so I made a video to address it. I would love feedback and for you to share it with anyone else asking this question so they understand WHY lifts do not let you fit bigger tires!
The main questions that I...

Yes. We accept returns. Customer pays return shipping and we have a restock fee if not returned in new condition.
No solar panel yet. It's simply a DC-DC charger from my alternator to my li-on battery. I'll report back after a few more trips. I bought an Amazon special 100ah battery for $300...
I really like how AAL shows their CAD drawing. No, unfortunately our MOLLE plate attaches to the existing Bronco Plate toward the front. As the Bronco Plate uses the roll bar clamps, the two products would conflict. Here's a photo. The plate gets set about four inches back from the Bronco Plate...
Grabbed a quick shot on Wild Horses' 2 Door. Keep in mind, the roll bar is not straight. These will be on our website by the end of next week at the latest but if you want to order early, shoot me a DM.
It all depends on demand. We only developed a Driver side because we knew the take rate was going to be less than that of the four door.
We do have a 2 door specific roll bar clamp if you wanted to DIY something. We have them available, just haven't had time to get them up on the website, yet.
There's always the passenger side but I assume you've already thought of that. I run into the same problem.
The trouble we have with the roll bar is that our Bronco clamps end up being wider than the ones we've used for years so they don't fit up to the back of the brackets PLUS Ford decided...
