I didn't and I don't plan to but I'm not opposed to it. Having driven on and off road, I don't see an immediate need, at least for 37s. It drives well enough so the big benefit I'd be looking for is improved hwy MPG. The cost to regear vs cost of 1-2 MPG gain didn't work out for me.

Where are you rubbing? did you lengthen bump stops? I would have thought a 3" body lift would have been fine for upper fender clearance without limiting up travel. But the body lift doesn't alter clearance with the frame and frame horns.

It all depends on demand. We only developed a Driver side because we knew the take rate was going to be less than that of the four door. We do have a 2 door specific roll bar clamp if you wanted to DIY something. We have them available, just haven't had time to get them up on the website, yet.
