Braptor is a completely different vehicle. I went from a 2.3 SAS BB to the Braptor. Go test drive both and make a decision. Ford just cut the 23 MSRP by 6k, meaning dealers can drop the price closer to 10k off original MSRP if they really want to sell it (invoice on my Braptor was 4k below MSRP).

Prices have remained relatively stable over the last month or so. Dealer "incentives" have increased. That Bronco isn't 14k off, only 11k. It has an additional dealer finance discount of 1k, and trade-in bonus of 3k. Neither of them are a real deal.

If I am not mistaken, Ford just reduced the amount of Bronco Raptors they are producing to keep the value stable atm. The dealer I bought mine from has 2x 23's and 1x 24s and dont want anymore until "Ford offers an incentive".

No, cooling requires ventilated material (atleast Katzkin cooling systems). I opted out of the micro holes in favor of being able to wipe the dirt/grime out after a day in the woods. And my Bronco BB w/katzkin seats did not have any additional padding, my Braptor seats blow them out of the water.

Price reduced to 44k. Still willing to match or beat a similiar specced Bronco.

You have a live dampening system. Watch a few Braptor off road videos, or go to the off-rodeo. You can customize a "mud/rut" mode through a few toggles. Set your "R" to it if you want.
