The only thing that the factory amp is powering the center channel in the front so we can take phone calls. Otherwise there is JL 5 channel and 4 channel amp powering the system. The sub is powered by the 5th channel and getting about 300 watts.

You need to make the opening larger to allow proper venting for the 10” sub versus the 6.5” my understanding is the factory grill size is the same 21’ thru 23’ so it would still need to be done.
It is mounted under the passenger seat and it is mated with MX280/4. So a total of 9 channels being amplified. The B &O amp is still connected to the center channel to hear phone calls.
It does require the opening to be larger to accommodate proper venting. My understanding that they will provide a template to assist with that. We do not have any rattles in over a year. It is being driven by a VX700/5i.
