Suggestions to best way to utilize Molle Panels

Trying to figure out the best way to utilize our Maiker off-road Molle panels for the upcoming craft show season, what is everyone’s opinion that we can add to utilize the extra storage? Here is where I got them if you’re interested. Amazon link for Molle Panels

Is it for function or for show? If for show put stuff that looks cool like fire a extinguisher, hatchet, mini shovel, FAK, etc.

Also, which sub do you have that fits under the passenger seat, and how does it sound? I've been looking but it's hard to tell by dimensions what will fit, and I'm not sure how the small ones will sound.
