My daughter got her 4dr OBX non-sas last October and has enjoyed it. She has got in with other bronco owners and has been doing alot of off roading. Now she wants to order a 2dr base Sas just for off roading and keep her 4dr as a daily.
I changed from a 2 dr to a 4dr soft top for that exact reason. Been driving it for about 6 weeks and I am very happy with the 4 doors and the soft top is really nice. I was going to order a 2 dr while i drove the 4dr but now Im just going to stay with the one I have. No regrerts.
The 2.3 is better than I was expecting. It has plenty of power. I first felt like this Bronco was somehow inferior because of the 4cyl engine but I might actually prefer it now. In my opinion, it is not underpowered by any means.
I first had a 2dr obx ordered with a v6 lux etc. Since I reserved and ordered it in march, I knew it would be a long time but my trade in was racking up miles and i wanted a Bronco. I switched to a 4dr soft top 4cyl obx and got a build date a week later. I just took delivery today. I plan on...
My blend date was 10/06. I havent heard anything until this morning (Sat). I got a “built” email and a “shipped” email withing 1 hr of each other. My pizza tracker still shows “in production”. Delivery is 10/29- 11/4.
I think your fine. I ordered the OBX with 3:73 open too. The higher gearing will be appreciated a lot more than a locker would to me. I had a Nissan pickup 4x4 and would take it down some rough trails and climbed rocky hills. It had open diffs and it did perfectly fine.
