Hey, would you mind providing some more context / take a few pictures of the fix? I've had my visors replaces twice now and it's still making the exact noise as in the video you posted. It's driving me absolutely INSANE and on the broken, choppy roads of NJ it happens all day everyday. Im exhausted.

See, I was 98% certain it was something on the other side of the cover not properly secured, but my dealer was so sure it was the visor. When I unclip the visor from the left side and let it hang the rattle goes away. So my deduction is the weight of the visor pulls the plastic away from the air...

When it's cold out it's a lot more stable in mine as well, but when it warms up it starts making a racket.

The dealer closest to me is not particularly great tbh, a bunch of morons. But they deduced it was the sun visor, so they replaced it and the clip used to attach it and it STILL fucking rattles. I wanna just rip it off.. so frustrating.

Any update on this? I've taken my Bronco in and had the visor and clip replaced and it's still fucking rattling.

Woooow, I really didn't think anyone else would but thats is EXACTLY what mine sounds like.

I've had my Bronco since sept, since then there has been this annoying rattle that is coming from both airbag covers on the A pillars near the windshield. There seem to only do it when they want to or when it's warm outside. I took it to my local Ford dealer and they said if I cannot prove it...
