    I have a 2.7L Black Diamond, around 60 miles, as well, and the onboard computer read out is 10-11 MPG, and that's in "eco mode!" WTH! I thought maybe the computer was broken!

    Yes, my Ford Pass app activated once my mods popped at MAP and I was able to see the vehicle's location, odometer, and fuel level. Once it got on the train the vehicle went into "deep sleep mode" on the app, but once it arrived at it's final destination (Mira Loma for me), it came alive again...

    Wow, congratulations! Your dealer is more helpful than mine. They just keep telling me I will be notified when it (magically) shows up. They act as though they have zero insight on the process. No changes in my Ford Pass app as of this morning :(

    Same thing happened to me. It took almost two weeks for the handoff to Union Pacific at interchange.

    My order number did not appear in the email I got from Ford. I found my order number on the order sheet that my dealer made me sign.
