Hi Justin,
I have a Non Sas 2.7 BB that is being delivered this week, on November 29th I'm getting a 2in spacer, 35's, and Fuel Wheels put on it, I'll report back. I suspect with the spacers it'll be fine and we may need to remove the crash bars but the gentleman from the shop were confident...
The email said I would get a MY21, again wouldn’t be shocked either way. Any info to
Support your claim other than Ford’s constant production issues?
2.7 BB, MIC, Tow, Mid-Package order. I was on my 6th production reschedule when the MIC announcement took place. No further communication on the latest 09/12 build date.
I'm assuming OCT/Nov at this point.
Anyone hear anything different?
While all of this information was shared via the forum yesterday (thank you contributors) I expected Ford to offer something as a "sorry we are incompetent". Looks like the 22lb box of lube will have to do. Stay Pumped
Why would anyone feel “grateful” to a B2C relationship, especially one this abusive? It’s going to take a but more than a $1 poster and a box of hats/t shirts.
And now for a live look at Ford brass.. what a disaster. I honestly can’t believe there are still people defending Ford. The only thing I’ll accept at this point is full transparency and meaningful compensation for 6 build date changes.
“If the MIC don’t fit, you must aquit”
Not even close, I wouldn’t have reserved a BB 2.7, or driven 7 hours one way to attend an off roadeo. If I do flip, I’ll order an updated one with hopes of seeing a MY23.
Misery loves company and there appears to be plenty of company in recent threads between MIC problems, rogue warning lights, and of course the continued production delays.
As of last night, I am now on the 6th build date change with 8/30 listed as week of production.
Considering we are all...
So given that this process has been a nightmare already, there is a chance my Bronco has been sitting outside in the Michigan summer since 7/6 waiting on a chip? Sure would hate fro a late summer hailstorm to swing through and really mess things up. 7/6, 7/16, 8/6, and now 8/16 Build date...
I was ready to give in and then "stupid me" decided to go to the Texas Off Roadeo... it blew my mind. With that being said I would have likely modified my order some but I received a VIN in April and build dates of July 6th, July 16th, August 6th, and now August 16th. I'm hooked but if someone...
Thank you for sharing! I ordered a BB, 2.7L, MIC, Tow Package, in black, and this is the only upgrade I was planning on putting new set of tires and/or wheels on.
