I ended up using this https://www.westmarine.com/west-system-101-handy-repair-pack-318329.html
I cut away the dark gray exterior pieces that were loose and shaped it into a small square. My dent was about the size of a nickel. I let the product soak into the interior cardboard...did that a few...
Yep, found the pieces on a dealer parts website. Each front T top section was $1600, middle was $830 and rear was unknown.....but I'm sure it has to be more than the front sections.
I think that ideally a replacement is the way to go. BUT aftermarket is $6K, 3 months to deliver it, $500 insurance deductible. Current choice is to repair. JB Weld has a JB PlasticWeld that lists off most hard plastics as being compatible. Will settle and level off, I'll let it cure, sand...
I like the concept of this but the aftermarket unit is $6K! Granted, minus insurance, but still... https://www.advfiberglass.com/products/2021-2023-ford-bronco-hardtop?variant=39545751535718

MN owner here too, 18,500 miles roughly and have had the noise since day one. Got it in November of 21 and other than the noise I have no issues with the tranny and clutch.
Possibly. Used to work just fine. Unsure of the root cause, but posting here is certainly useful and helpful, whether it's sync or my phone. Also no way for my phone to just read me one of my messages. Does Apple do that?
It sucks because it'll work for a bit and then take a crap while driving. Going to maybe hard reset the head unit later, again. Hopefully it's software related and not a hardware issue. Fingers crossed.
Came here looking for a remedy to my USB drive not showing up. I've been using a 128GB USB thumb drive since day one, Nov 4 2021, and suddenly it'll stop recognizing the drive, nothing in the list. The search continues...
I found that engaging the clutch makes the noise go away. YMMV of course. I've also read of a few users who had their tranny replaced only for the noise to come back.
