what spare tire delete kit is that?

I have an Outer Banks grille that I want to swap with a Base or Black Diamond grille but I haven't seen any examples of mods to those grilles that can make the existing front camera from my OBX work with either of those grills. Has anyone been able to do this and if so, can you show how you did it?

Ford isn't selling their own soft top as an accessory unless you buy with the vehicle. Mine was a cancelled customer order so it only came with a hard top. Ford only sells the Trektop as an accessory which I don't like.
