Front Camera mod for Base or Black Diamond Grille

I have an Outer Banks grille that I want to swap with a Base or Black Diamond grille but I haven't seen any examples of mods to those grilles that can make the existing front camera from my OBX work with either of those grills.

Has anyone been able to do this and if so, can you show how you did it?
