Yeah those boom mat style enclosure/speaker proctors are really bad for muffling sound and restricting cone movement. I always used to cut them in 1/2 to protect the top half from moisture. You probably won't have that problem in the kick panels. So do they sound better than factory now?

I was a little agitated when I heard they were offering green for 2022, but not after seeing it. If it was Dark Moss Green/Highland Green like the 67/68 Mustang I would order a replacement for my Carbonized Gray I ordered. Looks too emerald green for me. Plus the top and fenders need to match.
@azuano3654 Did they drill holes in your rear panels so they could screw their advertisement mud flaps to your new ride? They almost never get them straight from what I have seen adding even more eyesore effect.
