unfortunately, I have the exact same issue. I got mine replaced in the summer last year and the car hasn't been the same since. I feel embarrassed when I take people out in my 60k vehicle and all they hear is "EEEK CLICK CLACK..."
Does anyone know if there’s a way to connect the form lighting DRL’s to an aux switch? If there’s a way to quickly switch between amber and white I’d buy them immediately
Yeah, you’re correct. I also did mention that those tips were great. I followed them. But none helped solve the problem. Respectfully, I’m asking for advice, not for a lecture on how to run a thread on a forum… it seems that’s all I’ve been getting on this forum haha. all I want is a...
So recently, I was gifted a set of RSE step sliders that came off of a family friend's Bronco. They decided to trade in their WildTrak for a Raptor R. I definitely could not stomach spending 2k+ on a set of side steps, so I was obviously ecstatic (and I still am grateful) that I was gifted the...
Does anyone happen to know any wheels that look similar to these? I’m looking to swap out my current set up with these or something similar. Appreciate the help!
It seems those are the ones that aren’t letting me jack the step up into place. I’m gonna take a look to try and swap them around. I’ve checked multiple times that all of the brackets are in the right order, but who knows I could be going crazy
I’ve loosened them as much as possible to no avail. With the brackets in, the studs just don’t seem to get through the pinch welds. I was able to do the drivers side with no issues using a jack to balance the slider into the holes, so it confuses me as to why I can’t get this passenger side to...
Gotcha, that make me feel better that it’s not a bent bracket. I think I’m going to try @rtaylor ’s suggestion to remove the brackets completely and then slide them back in once the slider is sitting on the pinch welds when I get back from vacation.
Gotcha. It’s almost like the brackets are too long. because by the time I jack up the step to where the studs can get through the pinch weld, the brackets are already pushed up against the step, resulting in me being able to push the studs through the pinch welds
i recently was gifted a set of used rock slide engineering step sliders from a family friend who traded their bronco in. Upon picking them up I purchased some new magnets and door sensors, along with other miscellaneous nuts and bolts that the dealer had lost upon removal of the steps from his...
Looks stunning man. I’ve been trying to decide. Between 2” and 5” bc I don’t want my bumper hanging on the side. I like how the fender picks up right where bumper stopped
