I believe 91 octane can push the 2.7L close to 330 HP. Would this not add gains w/o towing?

Yeah I have only taken mine off once as well. It was a pain the first time to unbolt, but now every 2 weeks I am usually adding a turn of the ratchet to tighten as the door makes noise. Not sure about the answer to your question here.

Is it because there is too much torque?
