  2. 2026 2 door Hardtop

Greetings all, I was at the Chicago auto show and I noticed something new on the 2 door hardtop. Wondering if this is new for the 2026 MY. There is a rubber seal/weatherstrip in the gap between the hardtop and B-pillar trim. I have a 2023 2 door and do not have this rubber seal/weatherstrip...
  3. Anyone have experience with Exoshield Ultra Windshield Protection Film?

I have only had mine for about a year so I can’t speak much on long term use, but in that past year it has held up very well. It has taken many BIG hits on the highway. Some were very loud to the point where I thought for sure my windshield was done for. But so far only a few very small...

  6. Transfer Case Fluid Change

This service manual recommends to drain and fill with the transmission in neutral. Can you drain/fill the transfer case while in park and engine off or does it have to be in neutral with the engine off? I have seen a few videos on the bronco transfer case fluid change and none mention this step.
  7. Transmission fluid change questions

If an aftermarket pan with a drain plug is installed would ford deny a warranty claim IF the transmission became faulty during the warranty period?
  8. Transmission fluid change questions

Not sure if anyone else has a video of the proper procedure somewhere on this forum but I stumbled upon this Youtube video. It’s the only bronco specific video I found. Skip to about 6:15. Would love to know from the experienced folks on here if they would do anything differently.
  9. CarbonSteel's 2023 Wildtrak Build + Maintenance Journal (Filters, Fluids, Oil Changes Etc)

Do the rear differential cover bolts require red or blue threadlocker? Or is threadlocker not needed/recommended on these bolts? Also, why did you use PTFE tape on the fill hole for the rear diff instead of the permatex thread sealant like you did on the front diff and transfer case fill/drain...

doRear Axle: - Amsoil 75W-140 fluid (about 2 QTs) - https://www.amsoil.com/p/severe-gear-75w-140-svo/?code=SVOQT-EA - PTFE Megatape (Gray) - https://www.amazon.com/HERC-15100-1-2X1000-MEGATAPE/dp/B00LO49TV2 - I chose 75W-140 because Dana recommends it for the M220 axle (they also recommend it...
  11. What the hell is this?

Interesting…… thanks for checking everyone! It does give me some peace of mind knowing that the dealer didn’t do it. I was ready for the glass shatter stone cold steve austin theme to play and enter the dealer and start giving everyone a stunner lol…..figuratively, of course. I don’t think...
  12. What the hell is this?

I was underneath today just checking around when I noticed what looks like scuff marks or damage from a jack underneath the body. They are right by the rear bumper. Not sure if thats bare metal or what. Never noticed before but then again I don’t think I ever looked in that area. I bought...
  13. Chicagoland dealers for service

LOL. I understand that there are people that say they live in Chicago but actually reside anywhere in Illinois but Chicago. I literally mean that I live in Chicago, in the city limits, on the southwest side. But I wouldn’t mind traveling outside to the surrounding suburbs if it means better...
  14. Chicagoland dealers for service

Hello, I live in Chicago and I am currently looking for any recommendations as to where I should regularly get my bronco serviced. I bought my Bronco in Minnesota last year and have been having it serviced at Roesch Ford in Bensenville and they have been pretty good. I take it there because...
