This service manual recommends to drain and fill with the transmission in neutral. Can you drain/fill the transfer case while in park and engine off or does it have to be in neutral with the engine off? I have seen a few videos on the bronco transfer case fluid change and none mention this step.

If an aftermarket pan with a drain plug is installed would ford deny a warranty claim IF the transmission became faulty during the warranty period?

Not sure if anyone else has a video of the proper procedure somewhere on this forum but I stumbled upon this Youtube video. It’s the only bronco specific video I found. Skip to about 6:15. Would love to know from the experienced folks on here if they would do anything differently.

Do the rear differential cover bolts require red or blue threadlocker? Or is threadlocker not needed/recommended on these bolts? Also, why did you use PTFE tape on the fill hole for the rear diff instead of the permatex thread sealant like you did on the front diff and transfer case fill/drain...
