Hi all. I started noticing a chirping noise from under the Bronco at low speed (<20 mph) over the last couple weeks. 2024 heritage ltd with 850 miles.
Frequency changes with ground speed, but not engine rpm. Develops after about an 8 mile warm up drive to and from work. 2H or 4A makes no difference. Rolling in neutral makes no difference
Frequency of the noise is rapid, faster than tire rotating speed, so I think it’s driveshaft related, dry u joint, differential or…?. Stops when truck comes to a stop.
Video sound clips attached, but faint. Please have a listen and see what you think. Thanks!
