That's great info, thanks. I looked up the Icon install instructions, and those seem to be great. The part number of the fuel line retaining clip is Dorman 800-041 - I bought them from Amazon.

That looks proper. Do the bolt holes match up to the LOD bolt holes? (So I could remove the LOD brackets and swap these on when you start selling them)

They appear to fit with my JKS max tire kit front body mount, and my JCR Vanguard bumper and skid plates, so I'm debating about keeping them.
