Yes, if you have an OEM take off top then it will fit with out touching any of the raptor bracing.

Yes you are just missing the brackets. The top two bolts on each side mount to a bracket and the bottom bolt on each side mounts to the body. This also happened to me last summer. You just need to ask that person for the brackets. I tried to look up a part number for the bracket and was not...

I've installed two factory soft tops now. One on my 2022 Raptor and another on a 2021 Badlands. The installs were the exact same. Absolutely zero clearance or compatibility issues with the Raptor. The installs were the exact same. Let me know if anyone wants any additional photos.
