adaptive cruise control

I recently got a ‘25 Raptor and for the life of me cannot figure out why it’s throwing “Adaptice cruise control not available”. Haven’t done anything to it, brand new so it’s clean. But for some reason it won’t work I’ve tried about 6 times on the highway so far.. Picture for science.
