Hey all! I’ll jump right to it… for those of you who are steelies diehards, any signs of how difficult these are gonna be to maintain?
Literally from day one - when my dealer swapped the stock Duellers for 33” Wildpeaks - I had scratches down to bare metal in several places. The dealer did...
Hey all,
I’ve seen one of the more commons upgrades for base 2dr is slapping some bigger tires on the steelies — especially the KO2s listed in title. Curious as to if anyone has taken them out on sand? Planning on using the Bronco as a common beach cruiser, but never have driven an E load rated...
Have been looking for months and running into typical stealerships in TX and elsewhere. IF I could find one (wanted Base SAS, black, manual and front bumper) was $5-10K over (plus some added $1-2K more in adds). No thanks on a $44K truck that I just wanted as a ranch runner vehicle.
Got a...
I have a 2021 Base Bronco 2-door. I have have kept is stock, but it has been almost 2 years. I am ready to do some wheel/tire upgrades (I think, or maybe I should do something different?).
Some factors:
I came across two fantastic wheel deals available RIGHT NOW in my area, but I am not sure...
Reserved 8/10/21 and received 2/27/23, this is my 2023 Race Red Base manual Sasquatch with Aux switches, roof rack, floor liners and safe console box.
MODS:
4WP front and rear bumpers (both Line-X bed lined)
Zroadz slider steps
Rough Country spare tire support
Four KC Slimlite LED lights...
I opened the Tailgate table box (the official Ford one that retails for $219). I looked at the instructions and probably watched about a hour of install videos. I am too scared to drill four 7/16" holes in my Bronco. I asked my dealer service department. They said it was a "pain in the neck" and...
This was a second reservation I had that I recently cancelled. This is the exact same build that I currently own. I cancelled by the dealer still kept in, not sure if they're going to sell at MSRP or not.
Coming off the assembly line and should be available at the So Cal dealer in early March...
We ordered this black 2 door base with Sasquatch, 2.7 Automatic for my wife over 16 months ago. From the beginning, the dealer seemed to be playing games with us for too many reasons to list so my wife gave up on the Bronco about 2 months ago and bought a new Colorado ZR2. She just made her...
Hi. I’ve been a Bronco enthusiast since I was 5ish years old and my dad brought home a Bronco II as a “demo” from the Ford dealership he managed. I celebrate the similarities between the 6G and BII. Of course, I like the first gen bronco as well. Gens 2-5 are cool too, just bigger than anything...
Hi everyone -- this is my first post on this forum, so please go easy on me 🙃
I'm the proud owner of a BaseSquatch looking to upgrade my bumper and happened to stumble on the Grumper by Fab Fours.
Has anyone here purchased and/or installed the Fab Fours Grumper for the Bronco ? I've been...
I'm expecting my badlands in a couple of months and wanted to see if there was anyone looking to swap for the badlands grill. I do have the front camera, and I'm not sure what's involved with that switch though. I'm also interested in swapping my soft-top for a MIC hardtop if anyone is out...
Based on my testing, the answer is yes and no.
It DOES reduce sound levels when the Bronco is idling, as measured outside the vehicle
It DOES give the hood a more finished look
It DOES likely make it easier to clean the underside of the hood, keeping mud and crud out of the recesses in the...
Tossed on some meats today, shout out to Americas Tire who did an excellent job with great service. Was thinking also 285/75/16 and 255/85/16 tires but decided to go in between and love the way it turned out. Driving feel is overall slightly more sluggish (best I can describe) than the original...
If you have a base or one coming, this is a great video that dropped a week ago that goes through what these two guys have done to their base 4d and badlands 2d bronco's, and the issues they have had on the trails. They do a good job of digging into some of the parts of the trucks.
A few call...
Full take-off, oem base front bumper setup. July 2021 basequatch build.
As pictured, the plastic front bumper (with inner backing metal bracket), and the solid (Base) trim caps that conceal its fog light cutouts underneath. Those caps could be modified pretty easily to accommodate lights.
$275.
In this video I teach my nephew to drive a manual transmission Bronco. I show how to shift with your hand and also how to do the footwork. We also do donuts in the snow, see a sunset on the highway and record wind noise at high speeds.
