I've never given this any thought until now. Somehow cheese and bratwurst come to mind but I’m probably confusing/projecting Wisconsin and Denmark onto their shores.
Which isn’t fair to Denmark.

Finally pulled the proverbial trigger on some pocket stage lights from Diode Dynamics with their holiday discount.
