My dealer told me it left Bluefield Illinois Monday morning. I haven't been able to get the train car number so can't track it myself.

My dealer was also saying mine was in Illinois since the 18th. However, I got the rail car number and it was sitting in AZ from 12/22-12/29 and the train is finally moving again today. Call your dealership and ask for the inventory specialist to get your rail car number; they can see it on the visibility report or DORA. I had to talk to several people at my dealership before finding someone who was willing to login and look for me. Persistence

Well my dealer had told me no updates since Being in Illinois and i am in AZ so hoping mine was on that train and came off to get it this week lol

Mine is on a train departed 12/6 to Larry Miller ford is that your train?

For those "stuck" in Illinois, are you only checking with CSX railway? Have you tried tracing with Union Pacific? Mine transferred from CSX to Union Pacific when it was in Chicago, and CSX never updated after that. If I call CSX today it still says it's in Chicago.

When I check with Union Pacific, mine was updating regularly until 12/22, where it now seems to be stuck in Wyoming and hasn't moved for a week now, unless there's some other sort of transfer to another carrier and it might actually be on the move somewhere. I've reached out to my dealer to try and see why it's stuck in WY, but no response yet.

In any case, if you haven't yet done so, maybe try your rail car number with the Union Pacific phone line and see if it's on the move. But if Union Pacific still says Illinois, then I guess you're stuck like me, unfortunately, but just in a different state.

I just called the automated system again and now it finally says "departed Hanna, WY 12/29 at 10:52 am"! My last call was at 7 am Pacific, so it must have finally left about 50 minutes after my last call.

If it gets stuck somewhere again, I'll try talking to a human. BTW, was that the same phone number as the automated system, or did you use some other number?

Yeah they all go to el mirage my first edition from autonation went through their but the rail shipping came ahead of schedule on that one in october

My estimated delivery was 12/18-12/24 I was hoping for early arrival too lol. Now I’m hoping to get it before the new year at least…
