Installed CVFab Charge Pipes – Fitment, Performance, and Impressions (2.7L Wildtrak)

Just wrapped up the install of the CVFab (@CVF-Jason) aluminum charge pipes on my 2-door Wildtrak (2.7L). Fit and finish are solid—everything lined up without issue, and the welds look great. I opted for these over plastic or silicone options for better durability and peace of mind under boost.

These are paired with a Turbosmart blow off valve, S&B cold air intake, CPe intercooler, and Corsa exhaust—so airflow and efficiency are definitely dialed in.

Initial impressions:

• Throttle response feels a lot sharper
• No CELs or odd behavior
• Definitely holds boost better under hard acceleration

Yeah, intercooler, charge pipes, intake, exhaust and the FPP tune really wake up the 2.7 while helping increase mpg if you can keep your foot out of it.

that’s looks cool. I don’t know much about engine modifications, are these just bolt on, directly replacing the existing ones?

Put mine on last summer along with their intercooler and an K&N CAI and I have zero regrets. Like others have mentioned, pair those with a good exhaust and tuning module and you definitely feel a difference.

Interesting timing, as a pair of these just popped up on FB Marketplace rather locally to me.
Seem the gent purchased a set for a 2.7 by mistake & instead of returning them, he's just selling them for like $100 discount, still new & unused.

Correct, all bolt on direct replacement, if your doing an intercooler too you might be moving some things around, or need a slightly different kit. There are a few vendors to choose from as well.
