I had emailed Method Wheels on 08/07 asking the same questions as to lug pattern and backspacing. This is their reply.

Hello,

“The Bronco feature was a behind the scenes collaboration. Us at the office do not have any specs on the new Bronco unfortunately so we can't provide any concrete info on fitment yet.

Customer Service”

Things may have changed in two weeks, I would wait for confirmation from more than one source.

Great info! Personally speaking I love the stance of the Method and Fifteen52 wheels it looks like 0mm of offset is near perfect!

I think some may be caught off guard when the Sasquatch package doesn't look exactly like the preproduction examples with aftermarket wheels. I suspect the Sasquatch will sit roughly inset by 1.3 inches on each side based on the Ranger Raptor's +35mm offset compared to 0mm aftermarket wheels. In addition, the standard non-sasquatch Bronco will be an additional inch or so inset when compared to the Sasquatch.

if the offset posted by #glacierbear is correct at 55mm and the wheels on the show cars are 0 offset ... that is crazy poke. 55mm to 0 offset means the wheels are pushed out 2.16535 inches.

If your doors are off and you have 0 offset wheels, any road debris (mud, sand, ect. ) will end up in your lap

Does anyone know the wheel offset for any of the wheel combinations from Ford. Would help with potential aftermarket wheel selection?

Thanks,
Rich

I contacted Fifteen52 regarding wheels for the Bronco. They were nice enough to inform me that the wheels on that Cactus Grey show truck are 6x139.7mm (5.5") 17x8.5 ET0. So that makes me assume that at a 0 offset (mounting surface directly in center of barrel) there is a 4.25" backspacing. Another assumption that i have made is that 4"-4.5" backspacing is going to be ideal for these trucks.
However, what i do not know, is the hub bore measurement. This will be needed for totally correct fitment or to buy hubcentric rings to adapt to the hub.
You have made one wrong assumption.

The actual width of a "17x8.5" wheel is 9.5". So if the wheel has 0mm of offset, the backspacing is going to be 4.75", not 4.25.

Yes. That is one of the parade vehicles with the Fifteen52 wheels. The Cyber Orange one has a different set of Fifteen52s I believe.

You are probably correct as the cyber Bronco, prototype/concept has a Raptor rear end so the bolt pattern would have been for the F-150/Raptor. The production wheels are the same bolt pattern as the Ranger.

If we believe the Method webpage link, the offset and backspace are:
105 Beadlock | Matte Black 17x8.5 | 5x5.5mm 6x5.5" (6x139.7mm) | 0mm/4.75
305 | NV | Bronze 16x8 | 6x5.5" (6x139.7mm) | 0/4.5"

(I corrected an obvious typo where Method listed 5x5.5mm)
Cool!
Gives lots of options with the zero offset, and the six on 5 1/2 bolt pattern!!!
What I’ve done to get away from hubcentric rings, is get ET style 60° conical lugnuts with a quarter inch shank.
Each lug nut is like a hubcentric ring.

Different wheels need different bolts, so you have to search carefully for them. When choosing hubs, don't just look at the price. The quality of the bolt carrier and seal is just as important as the price of the hub. Show me a bolt that's made with drywall rivets but has threads that are neat and uniform. This is why I chose only bolts that are made of high quality. Usually, they are using bowl feeders, as https://www.sandfieldengineering.com/automation-products/bowl-feeders/. I think in this way, they are making powerful bolts that will last a long time.
