My luck has run out with my aftermarker LED tail light bulb project. I've already replaced two load resistors and now my passenger side tail light bulb has failed. This is all since March 2025. I could get them replaced under warranty I suppose but I'm done. It is a giant PITA tearing apart the rear trim - especially on the passenger side. As it is, living in upstate NY this time of year, I have to inconvenience a buddy to let me use his heated garage otherwise the LEGO plastic trim will shatter like glass. So, one more trip down Aggravation Lane and I'll remove the bulbs and the load resistors and go back to the original halogens.
That leads me to my question. Can someone verify the part number of the OEM halogen bulbs? I know I kept the old bulbs but the only ones I can find on my parts shelf are stamped P27/7W E1 2HB. I found the Ford part number is JL3Z-13466-F but I don't see that on these bulbs. I want to be 1000% sure I have the right bulbs because I'm only tearing it apart one more time.
Thank You.
