2025 Bronco console insert

Just picked up a 2025 Big Bend the other day. Bought a tray insert for the console (Amazon) but it doesn't fit. It's too long. Most of the various vendors describe it as fitting thru 2025, but it doesn't. Anyone have luck finding an insert that does fit?

you have a new 25 and there were console changes... you'll have to wait to products are updated

Ah interesting. Sounds like the new rear HVAC changes the center console. Not surprising but something I wouldn't have thought of off hand.

I guess its mostly that the power/USB seems to be in the front, where the old ones look like they had a 12V in the lower back?
I bought one on amazon, and it too is no-bueno...
Wondering whether to return it, or take a dremel to it... it looks like its mostly the side lips and the front edge where it binds... could really use something other than just a big bucket...

I thought about the dremel route too. There's a guy on Etsy that has one that should fit, we've been comparing dimensions. However it's a 1/2 tray, not full. Since the 25's have a raised lip in the back, a 1/2 tray would have a gap in front and back. I don't think my OCD wife would like that!

Yep. Had the same surprise when I brought home my 2025 Heritage. I had hung on to the replacement console insert from my 2021 Big Bend only to find it no longer fits. I did do a little dremel work so that it at least (sort of) fits - but this is something I'd love to have redesigned to fit the 2025 center console. It's probably my most used aftermarket essential, tbh.

Well, i got too impatient, and since returning the '24 insert i bought was more trouble than it was worth, i decided to go for it with a multitool and files...
it didn't take very long, and if/when a new proper version comes out, i'll probably swap it out. But its an improvement.
No real dimensions or instructions to share - just carefully carve away the lips and the flanges to make it fit...

That says it only works on the 4 door, is there one for the 2 door?

I think the older version says it’s still good for the 2 door- they didn’t put A/C in the 2dr console bits…
