For Raptor specifically the only "big" change is the rear HVAC vents added to the center console.

Put it in quotes simply because for some people that's not really a change they would care about.

I believe only the same changes as other 2025 Broncos. 2 additional speaker drivers for the stereo and rear climate control vents. Pricing structure has changed around a bit on option packages also, but largely same equipment as what was available in 2024 it looks like.
