Anyone interested in the Ford order process…. You should know this.

This video starting @ the 30:00 minute mark, spells it out for any order.

COVP is the process Ford uses to validate that the order placed by a dealer is actually for a customer, [not a dealer gaming Ford]

For the customer to get incentives in effect on the day of order, the dealer needs to complete and get Ford’s approval on the paperwork.

Plus the dealer needs to click the ‘protect date’ field….

I think you are talking about the condense form with all of the order coding?

I do not know for sure... I have two of them from two different dealers, for the very same build...
1) list out all of the pricing A/Z, D, X, MSRP, and invoice
2) other does not. but I know I'm good with that dealer who actually did the order for my Badlands. He actually called the Brand team [ 4/15/25 every dealer was still confused on Ford's plans] to insure they would be paid/reimbursed ;^) and did what I posted from Tim, before I found Tim's channel. I've purchased all of my new Ford products for decades via A Plan so I understand the Ford/dealer lingo.

BUT both in the upper right said 'Price Level' = 525 ??

Tim indicated that you should get the full pricing on that form.

Tim has a video each week on scheduling... I would post a question on his youtube video.

I’ve got a Big Bend with Sasquatch, Black Appearance, and Black Diamond packages and the shadow black hard top in production with a Blend date of 6/29/25 and sequencing of 2469/2693. My modules have not popped yet. It was my understanding that the Blend date was when final assembly was scheduled to take place and body attaches to frame. Is it normal to be running behind a week or more? I guess I’m just confused and am trying to figure out where to set my expectations. My salesman was pretty optimistic at first, so I was really expecting things to be moving along more quickly post Blend date. The only extra accessory mine has is a roof rack. I do at least have employee pricing locked down because it was originally a dealer stock order that was able to be modified slightly for me.

FVOT updated yesterday for me. Build week of 7/7 moved to in production yesterday and window sticker popped today. Showing a blend date of 7/11.

The only incentive for me is employee pricing, that's why a cannot talk about the cash ones [1,000 for Vets, 500 for a number of things] never looked at those. A plan price is/can be printed on the form we signed..

I think you need to find a new dealer. This has to be an allocation issue, or they entered your order with a low priority code (higher number).

Oh yes the 99 club..i remember it well back in 2020/ 2021..

The Marsh is in the building after the “Quality Hold” 34 Miles on it so I guess they did do some sort of QC. I am very pleased with the changes from the 24 WildTrack.

Ford has changed several things and I am sure there are others I have not noticed yet. They have added

Real seatbelt storage clips to hold the buckle out of the way when you fold the seat down.

Much better overhead lights for the back seat and vents.

Center console armrest is considerably longer and now my arm is comfortable on it.

The Badlands is Much quieter than the WildTrack the new tire design is great and hopefully does not pickup as much gravel as the previous tires.

The instrument panel and upholstered dash are great and give it a more refined feel not to mention the painted roof. With it being white on the inside it feels better to me.

Getting the windows tinted in the morning and then I will put all my stuff from the WildTrack on this one.

I have seen a couple on the road down in the Houston area and there are a few sitting on dealers lots. I think it is a great color, I got the Black appearance package, and a Badlands, I have not seen that combination yet in person.
