Sweet, looks like we have almost the exact same build minus tow package. Mine is scheduled for week of 9/1. Hopefully doesnt take a month to buildBlend date was the 11th. Build is in sig, not a manual.![]()
the fact that they cant tell you anything until oct. 3rd is ridiculous. So I called the customer service for the first time today on my order. I heard for the first time my estimated delivery date was Aug 9-15, which obviously didn’t happen.
All they could tell me was the vehicle was produced but was on hold and has not been shipped. They aren’t able to give more details unless there’s been no status change for 2 months, which won’t be until Oct. 3rd.
They did tell me to call back mid-next week to see if there’s any movement.
History:
Build:
- Ordered 5/19
- Original build week 7/21, pushed to 7/28
- Tracker moved to “in production” with no date listed on 7/22
- Received generic delay email from Ford on 7/28 (blend date).
- Modules began populating 8/3 and Tracker shows 8/3 as the “in production” date
- Tear tag on 8/5
- 2025 4 Door Badlands non-sas
- 2.3L / 7MT
- Eruption Green Metallic
- Dual tops with body-color hardtop
- Lux and MGV
- Raptor style running boards
No status changes yet on mine.Anyone get any updates this morning?
Edit: this is what's interesting - I originally ordered my Bronco on 5/26, however my dealership screwed that up and selected the shadow black roof vs the painted roof. They placed another order on 6/1 to where I got the confirmation on 6/2 for the correct order.
The order below, which was a week before the corrected order, shipped on 8/14.

My corrected order (the one I will actually be buying) still shows in production, however I verified with my dealership and Ford Customer Relations that its "produced" and awaiting shipping with an ETA of the last week of September.

I’d rather have them catch it now than me finding it later. Quality is really job #1.Mine too. Since 8/7. Seems to be a recurring theme
Which is a great mindset to have. I would want to know what the QA hold was for specifically.I’d rather have them catch it now than me finding it later. Quality is really job #1.
Great point… I had two CSR’s and a Supervisor state ‘we do not have that information’.I would want to know what the QA hold was for specifically.
