I found out today that my Bronco was on two, QA holds. They cleared and its now in the hands of Precision Vehicle Logistics for shipping. Hopefully so!

Any details you can share regarding what your QA Holds were about ?

He was showing me the status on his computer and it didn't detail anything at all. I took a pic of the screen too and it just says: Hold Cleared. Quality Assurance Hold (QH). FordIT, location 4G, compound: 4G.

That's basically it.

I posted here or in the manual thread that I thought the FordIT might be a software matter.

Yeah it definitely seems like it's software. I talked to my dealer this morning - it's shipped as it's moved further away from the Michigan plant.

I should have it by the end of the month.

Just talked to my dealer today and I'm picking it up tomorrow. However, for all of your information, the tow package is on backorder. At least for me they can deliver now and install later, but I don't know if that may delay new builds for the US market. Your tow package may have to exist before they can deliver your vehicle

Were you on QA hold and then you "opted out for now" on the tow package? If so how? Cause that seems to be the issue for 3 broncos here in alberta. All stuck in QA hold and all 3 have tow packages

Production release eta was august 25th then when i asked on the 26th i was told sept 9th. So just seems like a 2 week push back

I wasn't in QA hold, and I didn't "opt out". Mine just showed up at the dealer last week. I asked about getting it and was told I can have it this Thursday. Salesman called me today and said the tow package is on backorder, but I can just take it and they'll call me when it comes in. The only thing I can think of, if it is the tow package causing it, is that it was in stock when they shipped mine from Michigan, and went out of stock in transit.

Tow package is a dealer installed option, being on backorder is not related to any QA holds.

That's pretty much how mine looks. Back and forth a couple of times, and then received at PRECISION (PVLO) on 7/22.

So PVLO is the transportation company, right? Assuming it already shipped? Mine apparently is in transit now.

I think it's just a holding lot they have for vehicles in these situations. Back in '21 they were using dirt/gravel lots out at Willow Run airport, I'm assuming they expanded the number of other proper holding lots they had between then and now.

If your Bronco is getting on a rail car, they do that right at the plant, it doesn't have to go anywhere.
